Better Together Family Devo Kit
This Week We’re Asking:
God is incredibly faithful. As we look at our lives, while we still face challenges, we can see God’s hand in our lives. Life can be very difficult, but it brings great hope to know that God is with us. Even more so, we also have opportunity to be used by God to help others as well. As we take this week to pray for our community and our nation, here are a few questions that will help start great conversations.
What was a time that something difficult happened in your life?
Do you think it is important to help others when they are having a difficult time?
What is something you can do to help others this week?

This Week We’re Doing:
Right now, many churches across our nation and our world are struggling because of the challenges that Covid-19 has brought. Many churches have members and pastors who are struggling with health and others are struggling financially. Throughout all of this, God has bless our church family and because of that, we are able to help other churches around the nation and the world. What a great opportunity we have! Here is an idea of what your family can do this week as we strive to help others because we know we are better together.
This week, choose one night to have dinner around the table as a whole family. (This could be a homemade meal or even a bucket of chicken from KFC! Whatever your family would like!) While you are at the table together, talk with your family about what your family can do to support and help the churches that are struggling in our nation right now.
This Week We’re Memorizing:
“For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable.”
Hebrews 4:12-13 NLT
